· Made-to-order or customized products may require additional production time.
· Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

As many of our products are made using natural solid materials and sculptural forms, slight variations in packaging size and handling requirements may occur depending on the product.

Delivery Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged:
· Record a complete unboxing video immediately
· Take clear photographs of the packaging and product
· Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Claims raised after delivery without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted for shipping-related issues. This process helps us handle shipping-related claims efficiently.
