At UNIKA Objects, every product is created using natural materials and precision manufacturing processes. Due to the sculptural and material-specific nature of our products, we maintain a carefully structured return and replacement policy to ensure quality and fairness for both our customers and our brand.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.
• Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Customized, made-to-order, or production-stage products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
• In case of approved cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
• UNIKA Objects reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests based on the production or dispatch status of the order.Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
· Product received in damaged condition
· Incorrect product delivered
· Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
· Order details
· Product photographs
· Complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue
· Requests without complete unboxing proof may not be eligible for approval.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
· Natural variations in wood grain, texture, knots, lines, pores, or color tones
· Minor differences caused by natural materials
· Small hairline cracks or texture movement due to natural wood behavior
· Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, moisture, heat, or improper care
· Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
· Change of mind or aesthetic preferences after delivery
· Slight dimensional or finish variations within acceptable industry tolerance are not considered manufacturing defects.
· Shipping charges, duties, and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
Natural Material Disclaimer
UNIKA products are created using authentic natural materials such as maple, steam beech, spruce wood, stone, and other solid materials.
Each piece is unique and may naturally vary in:
· Grain patterns
· Texture and density
· Light and dark shade variations
· Knots and natural markings
· Organic surface characteristics
These variations are part of the material’s authenticity and are not considered defects.
Replacement Process
· Approved replacement requests will be processed after product inspection.
· Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics.
· Customers may be required to securely repack the product in its original packaging for return pickup.
· All return and replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the UNIKA Objects support team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
· A replacement is not possible
· The product is unavailable for exchange
· The issue is approved by our support team after inspection
· Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping Damage
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged during delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video immediately and contact us before using the product.
Claims made after product use or installation may not be accepted.
